1. Administering and managing teaching to produce graduates with the ability to be new entrepreneurs.
2. Supporting research and academic services to extract lessons for organizational development.
3. Promoting the integration of applied cultural arts in the organization and connecting with external individuals to foster a positive organizational culture.

Mission

Service for the departments of the three affiliated departments of the university, as follows:

1. Coordinate operational activities in accordance with the university's strategy to align with the operations of the college.
2. Supporting management by establishing operational procedures in accordance with the goals of the annual operational plan.
3. Supporting communication within and outside the organization for systematic organizational management.
